HP Instant Printing Pro is an application that has tools to prepare files for printing, set printing parameters, etc. It is useful for large-format printing processes. Files can be dragged onto the window and selected using check-marks. The file can be previewed in the program before printing. A lot of settings are available to customize, like the size, printable area, margins, etc.

very quick, simple and easy to just pick up and use.
My only wish would be a bit more freedom in placing files on roll.
if printing something that needs a wide border (canvas) there's no option to print in the centre of the roll. it means you need to edit the original and have a copy with a waste border around it.
More freedom in placement could mean a better layout for multiple files/images and save a bit of money reducing waste of some expensive materials.
Previous versions DID support multible files, only don't support my new plotter.
